Refund policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided that the items have not been shipped yet.

We accept returns for items in their original, unused condition within 14 days from the delivery date.

The costs associated with return shipping are the responsibility of the Сustomer. 

Likewise, we are happy to facilitate exchanges for items that remain in pristine, unused condition within 14 days from the delivery date.

 The expenses linked to return shipping are the responsibility of the Customer. 

Given the distinct characteristics of our products, personalized/customized items are not subject to the regular return and exchange policy. This exclusion applies unless their condition has been compromised or they display defects that originated from the Seller's side. However, it's important to note that instances of damage caused by shipping and transportation, which are beyond the Seller's control, are not covered by this exception.
